Poetry

Poetry and writing club is a popular club which is ran by Mrs Wilson and Miss Rutherford.  The club meets every Tuesday from 3.30-4.15p.m. and is open to Years 3-6.  Members of this club enjoy working together to produce and perform their own written pieces. Previously at poetry club we have had visits from a published poet, our poems printed in the Ossett Review (a monthly magazine for residents of Ossett) and one member of the group was runner-up in the local Ottaker's bookshop poetry competition.
