Trinity Church is the Parish Church in Ossett and Gawthorpe. As a church school, Holy Trinity maintains a distinctively Christian ethos. The connections between the church and school are very strong, exist at many levels and are experienced by the children in different ways.
Someone, usually the Vicar, will take the whole school collective worship every Wednesday morning in school. There are regular visits to the church building by all children in the school and occasional school events held in the church building. Many families already have contact with the church through their extensive range of children and family orientated activities.
Trinity Church provides a safe and welcoming space for anyone exploring spirituality or seeking emotional or practical support. Anyone is welcome to contact Paul Maybury, the present vicar, at He is also a Governor of the school and will often be seen around school and involved in community events.
