Geography

Geography is a very exciting topic at Holy Trinity.  The units in the Geography curriculumn give children the opportunity to experience many different aspects of this subject from looking at local locations to tourism, contrasting localities and beach studies - which allow the children to go on a much loved residential trip - either to Boggle Hole on the east coast  or Derwentwater in the Lake District.

The photograph below shows a group of children climbing up Cat Ghyll under the watchful eye of an expert from Mountain Experience,a long established company who have worked with our school for the last ten years.
